Piggingbacking off DarkSide's JBHiFi 4K post I thought I'd check Amazon. They have a few titles (at least) under the $15.98 including:

Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw [2 Disc] (4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray) $10
Hotel Transylvania 3 (4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray) $8
Pet Sematary (2019) (4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray) $12

The rest here sorted by price.

    yeah $10 because it's itshayz

    • I didn't mind it. Probably looks OK in 4K. There must be a few people that like it. They keep pumping out movies in that franchise.

      • Who would have thought when the F and the F came out? It's still my favourite though.

I can't remember the last time I used my blu-ray player. Netflix, and every other streaming just make me lazy to play anything on the blu-ray

        • True. I have the bluray 007 set but still watch them on Prime streaming.

    • actually liked this better than the latest FF

i'm a big fan of the fast and furious movies, but even i was not very impressed by this movie. it's watchable, okay is the kindest way to describe it.

    • I've got a mancrush on Dwayne. I'll watch anything he's in. I quite like Idris Elba in the things I've seen him in. Just wish they did a better job with The Dark Tower. It was so bad it looks like the TV series is on hold (again)

I used to trust films that had big names.. Dwayne, Bruce, Statham, Stallone.. but these days, it's a crap shoot

      • Weakest movie in the franchise.

    Fast
    And Furious is
Maybe when Hobbs and Shaw are secretly
    In
    Love
    Yeet

This movie wasn't that bad when they kept riffing jokes at each other. But yeah definitely some kind of unbridalled sexual tension between those two.

Hopefully my copy arrives before family movie night.

Edit. I would never actually pay for this abomination of a F&F film. What Shaw "did" at the end of Tokyo Drift is irredeemable.

    • It is irredeemable but also bringing Han back is irredeemable. I don't need to see his wrinkled ass back after so long, feels weird.

    Such a garbage movie

Thanks Op, the spin-off to “Fast and Furious 7: A bald guy teams up with another bald guy to fight another bald guy”…👍

    Pretty decent price for FAMILY

Obviously neither I nor anyone with sense watched this movie, we learnt our lesson much earlier in the franchise that the scripts are obviously written in crayon.

They interviewed the writer of the fifth movie. It looks like crayon but no actual confirmation.

      • Oh wow, I didn't know about that. Glad to see that I am on the same page as The Onion. It's no Betoota Advocate, but it's still pretty good. The downvotes from F + F watchers is beautiful to me, too half witted to even realise I'm right when I obviously am.

      • I remember this Today Now show it was the best!

Best episode here for laughs: https://youtu.be/PyV-oTTyIWg

        • Not bad for American humour. Not very subtle, but I liked it.
