          It's what plants crave.

    • Try smart recorder. Seems to work flawlessly for me with s22 ultra.

    • This app was released 11 years ago, soon after the Galaxy S2 came out which had a built-in voice recorder called Voice Recorder.

Not sure what this app adds over the built-in one which has speech to text and interview modes.

    • Try Otter.

Records and transcribes. Identifies different speakers. Makes for a quick meeting notes (and a CamScanner snap of a whiteboard) or first draft of an essay.

Security concerns you'll have to check depending on your workace.

  • Can this record phone calls?

    • Reviews say no. Android doesn't allow that anymore.

There is this thing called a joke which results in humour. Sometimes people combine sarcasm with a joke for some creative humour. For example, the person above asked how it's better than a standard android recorder, which is obviously digital. It's probably not any better and stupidly it has the description "tape" in its name. A tape is no longer in use and was terrible technology compared to modern day digital audio. So, enter sarcasm and my response. I've put such effort and detail in this explanation for your benefit. You should print this, frame it, hang it prominently on your wall and read it every morning as soon as you wake up.

  • I'm sure the name being confusingly similar to "Tap-a-talk" is a coincidence.

    • whats that

      • That app that every Android forum used to nag you about installing every time you visited on mobile.
