    ive had the worst luck with shopback and the excuse is always "sorry bro its the retailers discretion". retailer never does this through cashrewards though….

      Awww that sucks. Have put in a claim and it has been manually added to tracked cashback but I guess we shall wait and see. After reading your comment I'll probs give this one and future ones a miss until my claim is paid out

        yeah ive done that and they come back like 6 weeks later saying its not valid because the retailer 'declined' it.
        So I dont bother with SB anymore and certainly wouldnt use them specifically to take advantage of a deal, even if it looks good wont matter if they dont cashout

    My local BWS (6155) has an active phone number.

    Shopback is whom you lodge your appeal with.

    The only liquor supplier one cannot phone is Dan Murphys.

  6 bottles of Pepperjack Shiraz Cabernet from Dans = $99.46 with 5% NRMA discount.
  6 bottles of Pepperjack Shiraz Cabernet from BWS with $20% upsized cashback = $135 then wait 120 days for $20 back = $115

  So Dan got my money today, being 15% cheaper upfront than BWS with a 20% discount I'd have to wait 4 months for.

  very lucky for BWS and shopback, because the (haku japanese vodka) i want is $50 (or more) at all the usual stores (i checked dan, first choice, boozebud, etc). so its is 20% less - if i get the cashback.
  coles online has 20% off too but their website to order is horrible i wasted hours to find stock.

  otherwise, no way i will do this cashback thingie. i was so into this years ago but now NO WAY its all the tricks you basically wasting time worrying, chasing up, contacting them bla bla bla for just few dollars.
