at this point i would rather one of Xiaomi's many budget phones 🤷‍♂️

I've shared my thoughts on this phone previously but this phone, even if priced at $199, is not a great buy. The superior Galaxy A23 has been spotted for sale for $234 @ Bing Lee previously

    • Maybe , but good luck getting one posted

It all depends if you can grab the bargain when its there.
About A23 offer you never know if and when they will have any kind of offer on that price again.
      Thanks

You can get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G for about the same price, currently $277 on Amazon with free shipping if you have Prime and a 2 year warranty. I'd guess you could wait for a special and do better.

It absolutely destroys this Samsung in performance. ~120,000 vs ~310,000 AnTuTu 9 score and ~950 vs ~1,650 Geekbench 5.

    Obviously 4G vs 5G.

Xiaomi has a 90Hz screen, can't see specs on the A13 which translates to 60Hz at best.

The advantages of the Samsung… A13 has Gorilla Glass 5 vs the Note 10's GG3. Software updates almost certainly better on the Samsung. 24 month local warranty vs 24 month warranty with Amazon UK - debatable here, I've had very good customer service with Amazon warranties and had bad experiences with new Aussie businesses (this Oz Tech Biz place is about a year old). But you could go to Samsung direct with a local purchase. But of a toss up on which is better but I guess you'd go the local.

-edit- oh and camera. I'd say A13 is better in good light and Note 10 5G is better in low light so bit of a toss up.

  • Thanks @DonWilson
for your detailed information about Xiaomi.
I think your information about warranties is debatable here.
After 30 days of purchase, you can book any warranty issues direct with Samsung if the issue with the phone is covered under warranty.
Also, we are not a year old so before you pass on your comments make some good research, please.
Anyway, we have sold more than 20 pieces just less than 24 hours' time.
    Thank you

    • Hey Zain

Yeah, the ABN of your Sole Tradership (which you should include on the website btw) is just over 2 years old, registered for GST less than 2 years ago. The website doesn't show up on the web.archive.org until about a year ago though so not sure if you were actually trading much until then.

I understand why you'd say I'm wrong and not clarify how old the business is, considering how little the difference is.

      Cheers

  • these phones are slow AF. just save your money for something like a Pixel 6A
