  Please read theIconics reviews. They often take your money and don't deliver the package.

  My spouse is still waiting for his package order on the 9th of September. They said it would arrive in a few days..it still says processing, the said they will investigate when contacted but we have heard nothing since. They gave him a $10 voucher. It is useless. Why would he ever order again you can't even deliver the product.

    Sounds like you just had a bad experience tbh

    I have ordered from them dozens of time and their service is quite excellent. Only times I’ve had problems is when I received the wrong item but they sort it out very quick

      I assumed so because I had heard good things but read the reviews. They sounds just like my issue. The problem is they haven't resolved it. I get things go wrong but to just ignore it and nothing to be fixed. The customer service sucks.

        Maybe just something went wrong. The iconic is the retailer with fastest shipment and long working hours customer service team.
        I suggest you to contact agents more than once.

          @psqpower: It has been followed up by him more than once. Customer service is terrible from my perspective. They are claiming they are investigating.
          I'm assuming it will be resolved by refunding our money. I would prefer the item.

              @Emceecool: Like I said read the reviews online..it seems they have some kind of warehouse issue where money is accepted but the order doesn't make it the warehouse. This means the item isn't delivered. I don't think they are scamming people but they have delivery issues that need fixing.

    i've made heaps of orders with them over several years and only had one parcel go missing. it wasn't even sent by them but through one of their partners who supply Timex watches and ship them out from their own depot. parcel went missing and Iconic staff took a couple of days to investigate, then promptly refunded my money.

    they've also been great when it came to a pair of shoes that arrived having clearly been worn by a previous customer. it was the last one left so i couldn't get it exchanged. i ultimately kept it but sent them some feedback asking them to scrutinise returns more carefully in the future. without asking, they sent me a $20 refund to cover "cleaning costs."

    now, i'm not invalidating your experience but in my experience they're one of the better online retailers out there and they've also got the positive reviews from others to back this up.

    it was broken for me as well. turns out i had a bunch of stuff in cart and one of them was out of stock. so i dumped everything and added the stuff back into cart and checkout was working for me again.
