  Lowest price was 204 in August, I'd wait for the Prime Day 2 in October

    It was $204.58 on 15 Aug vs $230.37 today. Prices ending in random cent values indicate to me that they're based on a USD price. AUD back on 15 Aug when price was $204.58 was US$0.71. It's now US$0.65 making the same USD price now equivalent to A$220.32. Still better than today's A$ price but if it drops to US$0.60 then equivalent A$ price today would be A$238.68 i.e. more expensive.
    There's always a possibility there will be a better price… but no guarantee. And even if there is, you still need to get the opportunity to purchase i.e. you might miss the chance, like it did when it dropped to $204.58, so I bought today.

      In short, the wheel takes a bit to get used to, but it works fine and lets you have some pretty good repeatable precision control with the depth gauge combined.

            @superroach: I did it for mine. Works well. Perhaps not quite the same as a traditional handle, but I prefer it to the wheel.

      I also have one, it's really awesome. I generally wouldn't change the pulleys the belts are attached to on my regular drill press.
