      That one will work aswell, pretty much it's either $100 or $150 min spend but you can ignore that.

        Are you sure its Myer one and not Myer? The online ordering login (Myer) is different to Myer One (comes with a Myer one card). I get these probably every 2 months or so

                  @Sweet3st: I'm starting to think it could be the way in which you sign up. There seems to be a few ways. Through the app, through the myer one website, through the myer website. I think they can also do it for you in store. I signed up for my account through the app directly.

                  The wife signed up for an account last night and her welcome email was different to mine.

                  I guess it will require further investigation.

    Has anyone every had Myer actually deliver a Click and Collect to their local Myer?
    Every time I do a Click and Collect for an item out of stock at my local, they just wait a couple weeks then refund my order.
    Just curious.

            @Iluvfreebies-freeDel: I was asking specifically if anyone has had an item shipped from another store to their local, because the 2 times I have done so they rather cancel the order after 2 weeks than move stock from one store to another (like why offer the option).

            PS: Their website says they will refund after 21 days if you don't collect from the "ready for collection" date, if that's what you are asking

                On the site it says once your order is confirmed you cannot cancel but you can return your purchase once it arrives or I guess don't collect it if its ready for collection if you don't want it. Or collect it and then return it while you are there?

      Pretty sure they don't do stock transfer cos:
      - can't place a click & collect order if the item is not in stock at the particular store (at least the last time i checked)
      - I once had a click & collect order converted into a delivery order because staff at the store couldn't locate the item I'd ordered even though the system said it's in stock

        That's where the discrepancy comes in. On the website, it says if an item is not in stock at a store, they send it to that store for click and collect. But I've never been able to do that on the website.

      Yes, many times, especially during lockdown. My local store (Werribee) is only small and doesn't stock much so this option is good for me to avoid highpoint, chaddy, or city store, which always seem to have stock I want!

      If you don't find anything that's worth it, just buy something random that's $10 like I bought this for the last voucher, didn't even pick it up and got my $10 gc a month later. This way you can have $10 gc to spend in the future (3 years expiry)

    Placed a click and collect order before noon yesterday, still no email for collection, hope there wasnt an issue (used $10 voucher for an order that was around $12, never had issues before though)

        I called them this morning, the product I ordered was unavailable at my chosen store —although it was listed as in stock and would be available same day when i ordered— so i cancelled the order. Got a myer returns gift card almost straight away, and paypal (which i used to pay the balance) said it had processed the refund and would be back in my account in a few days.
