I believe it still goes through Menulog, even on their app.
yeah one of the delivery services handle it but it's not like you're ordering through them, prices should be the same regardless considering it's all through KFC app.
Delivery and pickup prices used to be in parity with the old app AFAIK. This new app it looks live they've jacked everything up by at least a buck :(

Can confirm it's still there, my friend just found it. Pretty much the same as unlocking it before
I just got in there by scrolling right to the end of the food type menus. A red banner appeared saying "sshh"
BBQ bacon and cheese twister and tender crunch burger for me.
The $7.45 Zinger combo was the best.

The only reason I could think they made the new app the way it is was kfc want to try and fight obesity by making it hard to order on purpose.

Last couple times at KFC, got rejected and flatly refused.I got it last week no problems.
Make a complaint to their head office, they should not be refusing you.
I can't order it with the box meal but can order the combo or burger by itself fine.
App is bugged, it shows the burger combo twice but at different prices. I assume one was meant to be the box meal.
New app is pretty crap, watch out! I placed an order, loading screen went slow for ages then finally come up saying an error occurred payment has not been taken, luckily i checked and didn't make a second order as it was still in process and got sms 10 mins later saying its on way :O
Would be a deal if they didn't jack the prices up for delivery vs pickup, considering it's all through their app.
I understand they use other services to deliver for them but we aren't ordering through them are we.
