Can We Expect iPhone 13 to Go on Sale Again?

Was holding out for iPhone 14 to drop to see if it was enticing enough so missed the initial $999 iPhone 13 Telstra Day deal.

With the new Telstra day doing away with Apple, does anyone think we can expect to see sales of iPhone 13 anytime soon (at the sub-$1,000 level)?

When you admit to the mistakes made during your decades long rule of Zimbabwe.

    • Inflation is a killer. I think the iphone costs $1 trillion.

I had the same thoughts when iPhone 12 and 13 launched and I was thinking of grabbing the 11 or 12 at discount prices… than I look at all my friends holding their brand new latest Samsung Galaxy S21 and S22 bought at sub $1K prices…. I thought to myself…. why do I make myself suffer paying more than $1K everytime for a phone…hmm

      You need new friends

  • Yes, older products will eventually come down in price.

  • Take your dinosaur in for that old tech

  • When was it removed from sale?

  • The only decent sales that I have seen (and used) are the Telstra Day sales for the 2 or 3 months prior to the new release iPhone, which hit $350 off when I bought an iPhone 13 in early July.

Rumours said IPhone 14 would have only incremental improvements and same chip, so I didn’t hesitate. It was replacing my wife’s 7+ so it was going to be an awesome upgrade anyway.

After the new release, any models that Apple continue selling drop only by a couple of hundred dollars so definitely not worth waiting for that. The 256Gb iPhone 13 that I paid 1169 for is 1399 at Apple.

(I am now saying this very fast in a high voice) This is not financial advice, past performance is no indicator of future performance, your mileage may vary and gamble responsibly.
    But past performance is no
