Are there any businesses out there that would let me pay the cost of an iPhone 14 over 24 months without a SIM?

I would like to pay $65pm over 24 months ($1560) and manage my own SIM?

Have you considered a credit card balance transfer?
This is ozbargain so what's the compelling reason for buying just a phone on a plan? Cashflow issues? I wouldn't recommend splurging big dollars on a $1.5k phone in that case.
If you after iPhone 14, might as well go for one of those jb hifi deal with gift card, where you get the sim for fraction of the cost.

Works out to be $49/month for 24 months for a iPhone 14, with a SIM with 200GB/month
Why?
Save up for one. If you can afford the repayments you can afford to save for it. It is also smarter to save because if you have an unplanned emergency you can use your saved funds, instead of having no funds and being forced to continue paying, even if your changed circumstances mean you can't. And an iPhone is a (slowly) depreciating asset so selling it won't solve that problem if it happens. Going into debt for a new iPhone is a really bad idea.
Did you do a search on Whistleout or anywhere similar? I haven't (and wouldn't) do it personally and don't know the details, but it lists a number of plans with Telstra, Voda or Optus that appear to be no contract plans and the minimum total cost appears to be less than what you want to pay.
If you don't want to use their sim, just activate whatever you need to start off, and then throw it away.

Guessing that means that you have to pay for the plan as well
