    Is it just me or are the discounts uninspiring? Thought since it's 'the main event' there'd be a big discount….

    It used to be a click frenzy would be more discount than usual promotions…guess that got tired, so this main event is suppose to be highlight…but now even this feels meh.

      They jack prices up and give you at discount on jacked prices. Or they have limited stock of an item that sells out in 5 minutes but it is to try and entice you to their website.

      Like everything, it changes depending on supply, marketing & profit requirements.

      If you need something, buy it at lowest price (or close to it / barter with a rep) and don't worry about an elusive bargain that may or may not come along.

      Most of the time, I sit and wait until it's an absolute bargain and usually do without in the interim (it's a saving technique!!). But shhh… we're staring at the click frenzy page waiting for a bargain to pop up!

    Omfg I'm so mad at myself. Literally 1 hr before it started I did a bit of notes. I count the paticipating stores for the words FRENZY, CLICK, MAIN, EVENT. I didn't even think of the word DEALS. God damn!

    I counted this beforehand and got 94. I counted again when the deal went live and I swear it only showed 66 on the website. Are they messing with it? In the past CF have commented that it's 'dynamic'. Do 30 odd participants just decide midway through the event that they no longer want to be part of it?

        So pretty much last time they brought out a couple for the first night, then the following days deals were far and few between. We were getting like only 2-3 for the last day as far as i can remember. Hopefully since this is the 'Main event' we won't have that happen here :)
