    …"PhotoshopSurgeon using Tourbox with Photoshop"
What an awful video. The whole thing was one long, awful song.

WOW….quick get me an EarSurgeon to repair my eardrums

Maybe I'm missing something, but that still seems like a lot for what is effectively a cut down Bluetooth keyboard with scroll wheel and joystick.

Actually compare it to xb/PS controller as far as buttons/components go.

Specialised equipment has a smaller market so costs more to justify investment.

Yes, this one does seem rather basic, I've not used this product but I have used the Loupedeck+ which was not bad but with the AUD at the moment they are expensive!

  • Yes, this Tourbox is really good. Very useful!

Your first comment is this? Sus.

As somebody who edits video for a living, all I have to say is … oh dear.

Damn, looks like a Madkatz controller gone wrong

Behringer X Touch Mini is cheaper, does the same thing and has more buttons & dials. There is also a large community using it as a button box for flight sims.

  • any recommendations for just a simple dial for photoshop? (or scrolling?)

  • Honest review of a full time Graphic Designer here, using one right now. I bought mine second hand for $75, worth it for that, not sure about $200.

The reason this does work is that all the buttons and dials/knobs are different shapes and sizes, so you have instant tactile feedback for what action you are wanting to do (they are all mappable). I work mostly with one hand on the mouse and one hand on this, way easier than a keyboard. Loupedecks are great, but its partly visual so you have to look away from your screen.

After a week or so of use, its second nature and I work much slower when I am at home without it.
