Up to 100% Crypto Back (as SG Coin) with 230 Stores (inc Chemist Warehouse & Booking.com) @ SocialGood App

128

The complete list of cashback rates.

Accuracy might be off as I did a scrolling screenshot and scanned the image into Excel to extract the data.

Best to check the rates before buying anything.

No risk if there is a SocialGood Exclusive CB as you wouldn't be getting CB anyway.

I was able to cash out 64% of the total of my spends late and early this year in USDT and deposit in Binance. Since then the price has tanked and they have limited their withdrawals.

Use at your own risk but if you are buying something anyway the only thing you will miss out on is cashback from CR or SB potentially. Or treat it as a gamble.

They have been hammered with fraud (self inflicted really), dodgy (making it a lottery) so proceed with caution.

  • Their exchange rate 1SG=$106, market rate 1SG=$0.057 (as of now)

Effectively your 100% cashback is closed to nothing at the moment.

    • +1

      That is their theoretical price?

      • -1

Correct. Crypto back is based on this theoretical price.

        • +1

This is just untrue. The amount of SG you get back is based on a 7 day moving average of the price or something like that.

    • So not a bargain lol

    • Yeah they’re compete junk and you won’t get anything back. Not worth the hassle.

    • +3

$106 isn't their exchange rate, it's nothing more than a number they've pulled out of their ass to hype up their coin. It's what they think the "true" or theoretical value of their coin is, but obviously it will never get close to that considering how many coins they've minted already.

  • What’s “SocialGood Exclusive CB”?

  • Can't even withdraw it as the fees cost basically the same as what you get back.
So you have to put your own money in to get your sg out of their app and then try and sell.

    • +2

It costs $25 AUD to withdraw, and you can withdraw 50 USD equivalent of SG. so you can withdraw $80 AUD after you pay $25.

Apparently they plan to implement a system where you don't need to pay (based on how much SG you're holding), but their word is worth as much as the coin is right now.

      • The more people withdraw the more worthless their coin becomes so I reckon they don’t have much incentive to implement that.

      • Need to get on the BSC

      • Cost me $29.99 AUD when I withdrew back in August. I was able to get it refunded through Apple though.

Wasn't even able to withdraw again a few days after the first withdrawal, even though I should've been able to according to their limits.

        • Refund apple?

          • @Korban Dallas: Yeah, paid with Apple Pay, so could request a refund through Apple directly. I guess the same could be done with Google if you pay via Google Pay.

Mods, please ban this 'store'. Cashback is unobtainable and through my own experience, is a complete waste of time.

    • +1

      I agree.

  • 100% cryptoback but the value of SG keeps falling and falling, by the time your purchase is confirmed it will be worth so little that you'd have been better off using cashrewards/shopback.

  • I got some SG cashback back in the day but wasn't even able to withdraw it. Not into it. It's imaginary money.

  • Can't withdrawl from early days. Used a couple of months ago, don't even track my ebay transactions. Dodgy as hell

  • FYI this app is scam please ban this store.

You have to buy 200SG now to even withdraw. This looks like another FTX scam city. It seems like they are trying to pump and dump

You cannot withdraw more than $50 a month.

  • This has all the hallmarks of a ponzi scheme at this point in time.

    • Existing SG holders (in-app) are only allowed to withdraw a fixed amount per month ($60USD)
    • Increase of withdrawal limit is dependent on new users joining and the price of the SG going up (as communicated by the project)

There are only 25,000 users on the blockchain associated with the SG coin (ie users who have interacted with the SG token addresses in Eth/Poly), so their claimed 2 million user base is not true.

They are cooking the books for seed investors in terms of user count etc. There are some basic mathematics that suggest what they want to happen for the coin cannot happen. There is a hard limit of 210,000,000 coins on the crypto.

They offer a $100 USD referral for referrals (assume 10% of new users are referred in), with 200,000 users ($200 referral bonus for referrer and referee equates to 2,000 SG at todays prices). If only 10% of the users were referred in, there is an in-app liability of 400,000,000 SG coins (double what is mintable).

Then there is a 200SG joining fee requirement. They aim to have every user in the world a member (discussed in their whitepapers) but there is a maximum 1,000,000 user count possible with an entrance fee of 200SG - forgetting the existing balance, referals etc in play.

The project is a scam at this point.

  • I was once a user of SG, it was good only when it first started but they keep changing the rules. It is definitely not worth the time and risk today.

  • not a deal at all, they’ve been slowly but surely cracking down on withdrawals and they now require you to buy in AND pay a withdrawal fee (the latter using in app purchases, at least on iOS). would not recommend at all
