I was at Notting Hill Bunnings in VIC today and saw a cage full of these double seated camping chairs on clearance at the front of the store.

Picked one up just because. Great quality and reviews on this. Tempted to grab another. There were about 20 at around 2:30pm this afternoon.

Website says $79 but in-store it's $20.

      Yes and no. Sometimes I've been able to get them to price match based on the image of the price tag and sometimes the receipt itself.

      Often I get people decline because the stock item hasn't been deleted from their store inventory and if it was they can only do 50%.

    Can't find my receipt, but here the photo I took of the stock …it scans as full price at checkout but I just showed them the pic and they put it through at $20.

    For those who are not using it yet, if you use the Bunnings app and log in to your account there, you can scan the app generated QR code when you check out and it will store a copy of the receipt in your account and app.

    Great for items that may require warranty claims or returns.

      Normally they ask for phone number to text you a copy of the receipt.

      Mostly I use PP account if there's a discount, can't stack with FlyBuys points at same time though

    I have used these, they are great - my recommendation is to get the slightly bigger Galaxy (Same thing, just more padding a a bit bigger… )

    For anyone heading down to the Notting Hill store to pick one up, if the cage is empty (about halfway down the store after turning left from the entry), I noticed that there was 1 stray one at the very back corner of the camping chair section (a bit further up along the front of the store, past the cage). It was on the top of the boxes, near the moon chair on display, from memory.

    So have a look there, if the rest are sold out. Good luck!

      Looks like it's removed from the website for the Notting Hill store, but you can still access the listing if you set your store to somewhere else and then search for the Oztrail Cosmos.

    Went to Marsden Park Bunnings(NSW) and asked for it, they said $79 and they don't do price match of another branch.

      I find staff at that particular bunnings to be full of bs. They never price match and will pretend like they have some sort of authority in the company.

    Whoah. I guess it saves the campfire embarrassment of getting up out of a normal camping chair and finding it wedged on, and then your drink falls out of the cupholder when the chair pitches forward as you stand.
