looks very much like an apple watch

    • +15

huh? last time I checked apple only made rectangular shape…this is circular?

      • +35

        Ignore him, he's a wiardo

        • +2

          Hahahaha! Now that was funny..

      • I'd say he means the theme of the face. Reminiscent of the one apple did 3 years ago. Hard to not look similar though as it is a watch after all.

    • So what if it does?

  • +1

Pretty good. Don't normally get faces that allow customisation of the AOD screen…

  • I'd love a version of this with a digital time. Definitely gonna use it nonetheless.

Edit: I ended up editing one of the complications to have the day + time. This is pretty much a perfect watch face IMO now.

    • Can you explain? Did you get digital time on this?

      • +2

I did get digital time on it. But the main watch face is still analog. Here's what mine looks like photo

WearOS has "complications" on watch faces that allow you to have different information displays or shortcuts. I used the "day and time" complication to achieve what was shown in the first photo. Here's the setup in the watch app photo

Let me know if you need more clarification.

        • Nice setup, how do you edit the settings through your phone?

          • @davidinho: i got this working. just long press the face and go to "customise" then scroll across far right to "complications". Doubt this is possible from the phone.

          • @davidinho: Via whatever app your watch uses - for example for Samsung watches is the Galaxy Wearable app

          • @davidinho: @davidinho: The dude above is customising through his phone as seen in his second photo.

And looking at the status bar at the top, he's using a pixel…

Java come back and shed some light!

          • @davidinho: I'm using the Google Pixel Watch app.

The exact same can be done in WearOS by long pressing the watch face.

Great, much cheaper way of making it look like I have an Apple Watch

  • +2

Great now all I need is a Google watch…. Or is it apple?

  • What app shortcuts do people put on this face?

    • +1

I put Find My Phone on because I am always misplacing it. Still playing around with the other shortcut, not 100% sure what to use yet.

    • +2

Contact, weather, Assistant (who knows why), Agenda

    • +1

      Galaxy Buds controller and messages

  • I dl face through play in the browser and after 30mins still have not seen it come through on my phone galaxy wear app or watch. Anyone know how long it takes?

    • +4

      31 mins

When trying to get it via chrome on iphone, ‘install’ button is grey-ed out. Any solution to this or I have to wait till I’m on a laptop to DL..?

    • I had the same issue, I installed it directly on the watch and it has been working fine

  • +1

Same, ‘install’ button is grey-ed out.

    • +1

Try installing it from the Play Store on the watch itself. Worked for me that way

      • +1

        Thanks, that worked!

    • Thanks, the binary watch face rather an interesting one to have

  • Unable to add it to Google play account with Chrome on Windows
