Had a floodlight start acting up after a year and a half which is basically out of the warranty period. They replaced it with the upgraded 2k version so take what you will with that :)
just don't ask them about the sync feature
I'm so disappointed that Eufy still hasn't integrated scheduling into it's geofencing. This might not affect your own experience, but for me, it renders the cameras useless for actual automated security. I want them to switch to away mode when I'm sleeping and I home mode when I'm at home in the day moving around. I had someone try to get into my house and in my panic I had to go into the app and manually turn on recording because it was set to home.
In the user forums in 2019 a rep said they were working on this function to be ready by late 2020. It's still not there and they have stopped replying to any posts about this since around then. Might as well code in it myself, how hard can it be!?
Sorry just needed to vent, I'm really disappointed I have invested into this ecosystem. Hoping people with similar needs to my own know this before buying.
Even at home, why aren't you recording 24/7? That's what these devices do.

But that's your fault for disabling the recording function at night. You can configure home mode to still record, but without alerts and notifications. That's the way to do it. You're making things difficult for yourself by wanting to juggle automated geo-fencing and scheduling.
I guess you don't want video of yourself around the house to be recorded. But as you've just illustrated, intruders can break in any time… you might be taking a nap during day, or sitting in backyard. Or sitting in a room with VR headset on, completely blocked off from the world.

Looking at the same as well especially that with version 3 you can upgrade storage to 16TB and they are 4K.
Was looking at the US website they are US $799 conversion to AU $1299 so we are getting ripped off here.im fine with 2k, but the homebase 3 seems way better than homebase 2.
I wonder if the power adapter of the base is the only thing that is different. Seriously considering getting this proxy shipped from the US store.

Those are the lower model. 2C have smaller batteries inside the cameras.
Compare the camera's in the pictures that is a dead giveaway they are not the same model.

That is the 2C cam version Battery is for 6 months
This model battery is for 12 months.
It all depends on use so battery life will be a lot shorter than stated.Last time I checked Eufy AU had awesome deals on refurbished kits.
Feedback says Grade A ones are as good as brand new. Grade B should be the same but with possibly minor marks.Most of the Grade A options are now gone, but still some left.
