My Amazon Subscribe and Save No Longer Working?

Have gone to purchase a few deals recently, one being the peanut butter but noticed I'm getting full price when clicking through to cart. Anyone else experienced this?

Must have cancelled too many Subscribe and Saves, new limit of one cancel per month :P

    • Must be this, only cancelled a couple but within a month easy. Do you know when they lift the ban?

        Was kidding ;)

      • It wouldn't hurt to offer to wax Jeff's hyperyacht.

  • Peanut butter deal is expired.

  • Have tested and is the same for everything. I don't try with expired or oos items.

    • Can you give another example?

        • I am seeing the S&S "Set up Now" at the lower price. I can only suggest contacting Amazon.

        • Have you got a valid address and payment method selected? Will it let you buy it non S&S?

That exact same item I get
          Item $7.50
          Delivery $0
          Total $7.50
          Promotion -$0.75

          Order total $6.75

What I mean is, your screenshot I see an invalid cart more then not getting the discount

          • @Bad Wolf: Yes I do have the address and payment card. Here is the full screenshot: https://ibb.co/gPnSXtz
I also had a thought about my VPN causing the issue so I disconnected it, cleared all my history and restarted PC, but it's still the same.

@figarow: The yellow “use this payment” button.

I can get that to show up if I click to change payment method - it displays all my credit cards. I select the one I want.
Click the yellow use this payment button it disappears

And then it moves on to part 3, review and delivery.

@Bad Wolf: Oh wow you fixed it! Ha that simple. I had changed credit cards since last purchase and needed to do that step. Cheers mate.

  • I may be barking up the wrong tree as I am not familiar with S&S. Is it linked to your prime membership? My free prime 12mnth membership which I joined via OzBargins forum post has just expired. Which is a real bummer.

  • The first time I used S&S I discovered one VERY important thing. If the item is on sale for the initial purchase, then that is the ONLY time you get it for that price. Once the sale finishes all future deliveries are at the normal price. I contacted Amazon to complain about it and this was all explained to me. I find it misleading but I bet there is is something in the fine print about it which covers their butt.
So, now I sign up for S&S to get the initial extra discount - then cancel the subscription soon after.

      No it's not misleading.
It's explained in detail and No, it's not always going back to the "normal price".
It's the whatever price on the day you selected.
i.e. if you selected on the 6th every month, it will be the price will be on 6/Nov, 6/Dec etc.
If there is a mark down on 6 Nov, you get the mark down price. If not, you get the regular price.
