Try to sign up and get stuck in a loop. Verification code gets sent to email. Switch apps to email to get code but when going back to snackback app it for some reason populates a code on its own and then locks the account.

Haven't bought a voucher/gift card from a third party in a decade since I got ripped for a $50 JBHiFi card via eBay, with eBay letting them keep their stolen money.
A Hoyts voucher would have to be $2 to consider it.

They may cancel those order multiple, hopefully they can track the IP address, some people just abuse the great deal

They can see IP address when you access the app. Also can see phone data. Not hard to track and monitor. But easiest thing is just cancel for all which requires no effort except an email or phone call to hoyts promo department
They would just cancel all the tickets from midnight.
Would be easy, send a message to hoyts to cancel tickets from number xx to xxxx.
Or maybe next time be up for the deal and stop your whining.

I think that the websystem put us in a situation where those who are experienced in OzB, knew that it would have to run out and required us to get a couple each if we didn't want to go to the movies solo.
Anyone who got one ticket last night, waiting for their family/mates to get their own in the morning should have known better.
I'd not worry too much. I don't see why the company would reset the promo, piss off a few who didn't get the ticket as opposed to piss off the 10k who did.
