The quality of material on YT these is outstanding if you get the right channels. There are tons of them but if you want a tip, check out Jeremy Either, Athlean-X or Ryan Humiston. There a good combo of natty to full-on PED-enhanced advice that will be useful to 99% of people interested in training

      • Jeremy Ethier, Athlean-x and Ryan Humiston good? Yeez Loiuse mate

Had a quick skim through, seems pretty generic and not age related. Lots of links in the book to getting online assistance from him (prices start at 200 Euros a month or 500/mo for the Pro option).

There's a lot of talk about building muscle but I'm not seeing it in his training.

You'll see more than five stars if you attempt exercise as a flabby unfit 40-something.

  • 40+ here and I’d kick my 20-year old version’s butt. But it’s getting harder for sure.

    • Same here mate. After 20 years started 6kg dumbells benchpress, 3 years ago, now 44kg dumbbell benchpress. Covid has been great for me

  • For those over 40, you might as well spend time on your house doing gardening and home improvement works to keep yourself fit. Totally exhausted here two days straight pruning, weeding, lawnmowing, trimming, lifting tiles and grouting

That's enough exercise to keep yourself fit

  • Bugger, missed it!
