  • Wasn't the 1tb one up on ozb a week ago only 20 dollars more or something?

    • Those harris tech ones are long gone.

  • extrenal? sounds painful

You can get a full Tb for around this price or less, probably without paying for shipping.

  • It is a good deal for those who want 750GB not 1TB external hdd (that's why I voted for this deal).
In regards to the one which is sold by Harris TechnologiesI I can say I bought one (1TB $159+$11 shipment) two days ago, so if you need one go for it, it is not too late.

    • Perhaps I am not thinking of every scenario — but who would prefer 750GB over 1TB? I can understand why some prefer 2.5" to 3.5" or Seagate to Maxtor…but why 750GB?

      • Exactly, why get a 750GB when 1TB is only a bit more (same or less $$), plus this is an end-of-line model anyway.

  • I think Centrecom.com.au has the 1TB version of this for $189.

But that's only if you buy at the shop. Not sure if it's available on their online store.

  • I guess this would be nice to run vmware or something off. Gets a vote from me
