According to the camels https://au.camelcamelcamel.com/product/B07X7JSBHG this is the cheapest this has been for a long time (cheapest prior $135.75. highest has been $255.28).

Great set of screwdrivers for precision work. Been waiting for them to come down in price.

Cost me $0 for delivery to Australia using non-expedited - not sure if that's for everyone or just prime members (which I am).

    Cancelled a couple items I ordered earlier today, and re-ordered with the 12% off extra.
    They were only added to the list later today, defo weren't there this morning.

      Seems you can order two items from the list for the 12% off, and then cancel one and still keep the 12% off discount off the one item.
      At least, it worked earlier….not sure if it's an Amazon/Wera glitch like the ghost orders last week, or if it's similar to the Amazon US free shipping deal, where ordered items to get you over the free shipping threshold, then cancel some items, and keep free shipping.

      Any feedback from past experience?

      Same! This time I spent slightly over $200 on Knipex and Wera tools. Can't help myself with such discounts, especially with extra 12% on top on 2 items deal.

    Honestly considering these because I've always been keen on a quality set. Has anyone upgraded from the likes of a XIAOMI type kit to these? .. worth the extra for occasional use?

      For me yes.

      My number one requirement for precision screwdrivers is the long, non-flaring shaft for accessibility. This pretty much rule out all the bit kits (including the wiha/xiaomi which I also own). See those super recessed screw holes that are just big enough for the screw heads? Can’t use a bit kit there.
      As for whether this wera set is worth the cost, here are some local alternative:
      $20 Trojan 20-piece kit which is really a 6-piece kit due to duplicates.
      $25 Kinchrome 6-piece torx only kit which is about on par with the wera kit.

      I've had a smaller set of these (PH + Flat) for 15+ years. They are pretty good and they always fit, unlike another set that uses bits. I like the spinny thing on the top.
