  • Looking to light up a 12m x 10m (4.5m high) workshop. Any idea which ones are most appropriate and how many?

    • +4

4.5m high isn't terribly tall to warrant a high bay light, have you considered LED panels? They are generally easier to install and defuse the light a lot more even, take minimal ceiling space and you don't have to worry about dangling lights to hit.

    • yeah, 2 or 3 should be enough. We've got panels as well. $45 each for both size of 3001200mm and 600mm600mm.

  • Gotta say for once, this is actually a decent deal lol

  • +1

How do the senses work OP? Radius? can you turn the sensor off so they’re always on? Looking at using them at about a 4m height

    • imo at 4m high you may aswell just install LED Batten Lights.
Its actually going to work better & these at 4m high will be really bright on the eyes too

  • Might want to see if they sell the shrouds with these. Ive installed a few and its like looking at the sun even on an angle.

    • Sorry! no shrouds with these lights.

  • Why were the 90w originally more expensive than the 150w? Inflated original price?

  • Now that's a solid Lumen/$ ratio.

  • it's free" installed" in Vic warehouse.

  • Shed is 16 x 12 x 5.8, how many of these would i need to light it up?

    • 4-8 of 150W would be better.

  • Bit confused about the different options. The 90 and 96 is the same price? What's opti-boost? How does the sensor work and would it get annoying going on and off for the sake of a few small amount of energy used being LED?

    Cheers, keen to order

    • 90W and 96W are the same prices now. This promotion will last 2 weeks. The sensor will turn the lights half-bright when you walk away. Full power on when motion detected. :)

  • Are these OK for indoor use over plants? Asking for a friend.

    • If just want to light them up, no probs. :)
