        Just finished SEE. Solid series overall - yet felt tiny bit rushed in S3. The acting is unreal given what they need to force themselves to do

      My favourites in order of preference: For All Mankind, Severance, Invasion, Blackbird, Slow Horses, Ted Lasso, Bad Sisters

      Some of Apples shows get a raw deal when it comes to reviews as they tend to be a slow burn to build characters over an entire season.

      I snagged 3 months free of Apple TV recently through Telstra and there's FA on there to watch unless you pay for it. IMO, the recent changes to Amazon Prime membership which includes access to 100 Million songs, Prime Movies and TV and free delivery on most items is much better value. There's no way I would pay for Apple TV after the free 3 months.

      Had the 3month trial and legit not much besides Ted Lasso and maybe 1 or 2 other shows. The only other good stuff you pay for which defeats the purpose if you already paying for a sub

          oh i did, most people i know feel the same. Guess it depends what you enjoy watching, the issue is in comparison to all the other streaming services its pretty poor offer wise

            @quikstix: Well ive enjoyed a lot more recently on apple then any other streaming service. See just ended and mosquito coast just started again. Shantarm has been interesting.
            Spirted comes out in two weeks.
            Oh and beer run was excellent

      Netflix series gain popularity wether they are good or not.
      Apple TV seems to go under the radar despite showing quality in all areas.

      Series worth watching:
      For All Mankind (get through the first half s1, trust me), Severance, Pachinko, Trying (first episode is average), Ted Lasso, Acapulco (if you enjoyed Ted Lasso), SEE, Bad Sisters, Blackbird, Servant, Black Bird, Morning Wars…
      I’m sure I’m forgetting a few right now..

        Yes, and the show actually wraps up, so you can watch it all. Unlike the average Netflix show which suddenly gets cancelled. I think For All Mankind is better, but See is pretty epic.

    Weird one.

    I clicked through to the deal, downloaded the app to my phone. When I opened the app it showed me I had a three month offer for free which would expire in Feb, so I accepted it. Then I came back here to redeem this offer, the Touch ID prompt came up saying to redeem two months free, which would expire in April next year, I tried to redeem and it came up with the country message.

    Tried again with the updated link but then it said offer only available to new subscribers.

    Oh well got three months free.

      I was going to do the same then I saw this message under the cancel button:

      If you cancel, you will immediately lose access to Apple TV+ and the remainder of your free trial. You can’t reactivate this trial.

      Not sure if this is just in my case because I got a three month offer instead of a two month offer…

      SBS on Demand is awesome. Plus, with what must be 2% of the budget of the big boys, its Android app works better than anything else on my tv.
