I still prefer manual machines.

Shipped this morning. That's why I dropped the clue with my previous comments with the repeated use of "down". I honestly just searched for Australian companies and the Wikipedia page popped out with a list then I tried it in order (in that list) and Downer worked (was very surprised)
Now I go back and read your comments and extensive suggestions….it's obvious
It's also obvious how thick I was to not get it from all the hints you were offering.You know I first looked for “down” within all ASX companies on a .com.au website that was not an officially ASX website and returned a “no result”. I then tried again on ASX official website and found Downer. Haha.

I ordered a Soul on Saturday 5/11 using the Downer code (guessed with much trial and effort thanks to @freezingpont's initial comment that another code was working, but before the 'down' clues and before it was released as its own deal) and THANKS10 - it's finally shipped this morning, yay (with free coffee, glasses and canister). Super relieved, it took ages, thought it might get cancelled after the code was mass-released.
Still, if they didn't want people to use the codes they wouldn't generate and release them (albeit to a particular audience), would they? Obviously the code stacking was unanticipated by them, but they were clearly happy to sell everything at 40% off to certain groups of people, so they're still making a profit (and extra sales they wouldn't have gotten otherwise - including mine - a nearly 50% discount off $2k is what it's taken for me to pull the trigger on this - I would never have bought otherwise). A sale at less profit is still better than no sale, I would imagine, hence these codes being produced in the first place. So really there's no reason they shouldn't honour them (except maybe the stacking). Anyhow, thanks to OP and the people who helped along the way to make this deal accessible, cheers.
