Damn! I didn't see that when checking if it was cheaper elsewhere. Good luck to the 5 people who score one from Catch.

How does this TV compare to the TCL C835?

  • jbhifi price matched for anyone interested

  • Had this TV 3 days. Sparky took it off the wall, put it back on and the rear part of the screen cracked. LG won’t fix it because it was damaged. Panel replacement is more than the TV. After searching about the issue, it looks like the panel is super sensitive. Wouldn’t recommend the QNED panel. Originally this model was recommended by the salesman because of the brightness, however turns out it’s edge lit and not so bright in a bright room FYI

  • Any thought on this vs TCL miniLED for roughly same price after discounts and frenzy cashback?

Not roughly. Exactly same price just bought the TCL C835 75 inch for $2076.
There is in store price of $2595 for TCL 75inch.

What made you opt for the TCL over the LG. Im thinking about mounting to the wall wondering what the depth is like. (My store out of stock of both)
