Was a bit sad that I missed out on TGG 20% off Dyson Airwrap so I was browsing on Dyson today and thought I'd try my luck with 20% existing Dyson owners discount.
You will have to message Dyson directly when on the website and let them know you are after the existing owners discount for the reps to offer the 20%. Then you will need to place your order via the chat.

Discount includes all new machine Floor-care (excluding the Gen5detect Absolute), Environmental, and Beauty range (including Airwrap).

This is what the rep messaged:
I'd like to advise that we're currently running an Existing Owner's offer through Live Chat for the month of November (ends 30th). I would be happy to offer you a 20% discount off the RRP of a new machine in our full Floor-care, Environmental, and Beauty range (excluding the Gen5detect Absolute). To be eligible, you would just need to have your existing machine registered in our system, or I can also organise this for you if it's not registered yet. We do not offer discount codes for the Existing Owner's Offer. I will have to place the order for you manually.

There is also the Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler Complete Long (Bright nickel/Rich copper) model that is already reduced to $720 without existing owners discount but I believe it does not come with the presentation case or the brush kit so imo it was better to get the Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler Complete Long with brush + comb (Vinca blue/Rosé)

    Interested to know if you can get an extra 20% off the Airwrap that they have for $720 here

    I am unfortunately not a Dyson owner so I've just used the 6.5% cashback via CashRewards.

    Shame they excluded the Gen5detect Absolute model. Would’ve finally retired my V6 Absolute but perhaps it’s not time.

    The 20% offer works in store as well, so that you can use Afterpay. Managed to get my blue airwrap in store at the Castle Hill demo store yesterday.

    I am unsure about the George st and Moore Park store, if they would apply the 20% off.

    The lovely sales lady also threw in a small round barrel styling brush with the purchase.

    Ordered through live chat to get 20% off the Dyson Airwrap long. I believe live chat is only available during business hours as I was struggling to find the live chat option during the weekend.

    Wow, did a live chat order for a Dyson Airwrap today and got a cancellation order email on the same day. So weird.

      Looks like it is a Dyson security fraud protection that cancels orders even though the payment goes through fine on the bank end. Had to pay by bank deposit in the end and forego the credit card's rewards points, price protection and extended warranty insurance.
