As pointed out by jv in previous posts, if you live in Melbourne, you can get $10 refills from Billy Bubbles(billybubbles.com), providing you have one of their cylinders, but it will cost $20 to swap over a Sodastream or SodaKing cylinder for one of theirs. It is a delivery service only for which they charge an extra $5.

Also keep in mind that, while it doesn't suit everyone (me included), there are methods available for direct connection to larger gas cylinders or for refilling these cylinders via adapters available from [Kegland}(kegland.com.au)
