      Hello Magicmannn, thanks for the question. The majority parts (incl. motor, controller, battery, body, etc.) are having 12 months while some parts (e.g. screen display) may only have 6 months. All those detail warranty information are mentioned in the use manual (and we will ask tech support team to update the language and capture more info. in our online store as well). Thanks for pointing out.

      After the expiry of warranty (e.g. 12 months), we are still here to provide the guide / support on any issue you may experienced. If any parts need replacement, we will offer a reasonable quote and you could decide how to proceed.

        You should be ready to replace 100% of the scooter if there's a manufacturer fault in the first year - good luck if not

          200W normally. For scooters it's about the speed. They all ship limited to 25km/h but you can unlock them.

            @Clear: Ok. Sounds the same as NSW. 250W motor with cut off at 25km/h.

            As for scooters, the metrics are 600 and 1200.

            $600 for any motorised scooter in a public place, and $1200 on the road!

    I want to buy the G5 but I’m struggling to find reviews. Amazon has 5 reviews. None from Australia. Reddit has 1. Overall 4 positive 2 very negative.

    Does anyone know of any other reviews for the G5? OP?

    Even if the reviews were better, this feature set looks not great for the price. Segway or Xiaomi are the only way to go for reliability
