  • Any Hynix A-Die deal?

  • Seems like a decent deal

  • Oh god do I get two and get that glorious all four slots filled aesthetic?

    • +1

4 slot ddr5 isn’t recommended since you’ll struggle with speeds

      • Yeah I know :(
        It's just so pretty

  • This might be a good option to anyone who wants 64gb

    Amazon have the new, CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 64GB (2x32GB), DDR5 5600 (PC5-44800) C36 1.25V Intel XMP for $317.56:

    • the sku is for 2x16g so probably a listing error

      • I did see that, but came up same under all amazon sellers (AU, US, UK) so I think I might have to run the gauntlet and see. Price is that good

        • That’s an insane price for 64GB. Keen to see how you go, probably grab one myself if they are honouring it.

          • @sickaunt: Will let you know, I got the ones from AU but they dont have a time line on when they will come

            • @Thunder-Wombat: So, you only find out once you get the package and open it up yeah?

              • @sickaunt: Yea not till then, spoke with Amazon and they arent sure what has happened. Just told me to let me know how it turns out.

Might order a set from amazon us as well and just see what comes

                • @Thunder-Wombat: Yeah do it mate, see what happens.

Since you’re a gambling man, would you consider taking a punt on a ‘mystery 4090’ at $2900? I am (95%) joking, but had to share the weirdest 4090 listing I’ve seen today https://www.onlinecomputer.com.au/122737

                  • @sickaunt: I did do that. Its rigged, I can almost guarentee you will end up with the Inno3D GeForce RTX 4090 X3 OC

Regarding the CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 64GB (2x32GB) on Amazon :-
    https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B0BJ3743SX/ref=ppx_yo_d…

I spoke to Amazon, they assured me it is the 2x32GB and not what the sku code shows. Other sellers are showing around the 400 mark.

PLE is selling it for much more.

    • Yea they said the same to me, also confirmed any issues they will correct immediately

    • Thanks for the info. This price seems insane for this capacity and speed DDR5. I’m about to pull the trigger for my new system, are there any catches I should know about first?

Edit: went ahead and ordered since that piece of $341 for 64GB of 5600 was too good to pass up. Catch is the lack of delivery info but I only have CPU so far anyway, so if it takes 3-4 weeks that won’t hold things up anyway.

    • I got the same reply over chat - that the order is for 2 x 32. I still don't trust it though, but maybe this is just a UK price drop that hasn't made it to oz yet….

      • Reviews are starting to come in, looks like its just a 32gb stick of ram.

And new listings for the 64gb are popping up

        • Thanks for the info. I ordered them and then cancelled and ordered some G skill 6000MT/s sticks from Amazon US for $630 instead.
