$3 Bonus Promo Terms - read carefully - it will save a lot of questions:

  1. To be eligible for the $3 bonus, you must first activate the promotion on this page, then purchase an Amazon gift card of $30 denomination (or higher) via the Gift Card Page on Cashrewards (link is on the activation page).
  2. After activation, gift card purchase must be made between 12pm (noon) and 4pm AEDT 14/11/2022. Bonus will decline if purchase is made after 4pm AEDT.
  3. Activations are capped at 3000. Once activation limit is reached, you can still purchase until 4pm AEDT (provided you first activated the bonus).
  4. Bonus is eligible on purchase of an Amazon gift card of $30 denomination (or higher) in a single transaction.
  5. Bonus will be added automatically to your Cashrewards account as pending upon activation of this offer. Bonus will be approved within 7 days of the associated qualifying purchase being approved, as per the terms of the store.
  6. Bonus is over and above the advertised cashback rate which still applies to the transaction.
  7. Gift card purchases through the Gift Card Page are available only via desktop or mobile browsers. They are not available via the Cashrewards App.
  8. Bonus is limited to one per Cashrewards account. Additional transactions do not qualify for additional bonuses.

    Can you extend these to 9pm? 4pm is difficult:

    1. Those of us with phones that aren't compatible with your gift card portal can struggle until we get to a home pc.

    2. And there are some of us in WA, 3 hours behind.

    Hi Op,

    Its saying:
    The bonus is now activated and pending in your account. It will be approved once terms of the offer are met.

    But can't see anything in account, normally we get $3 pending after activating deal.

    I purchased card as well after activating but still get $0.30 cashback, nothing for bonus.

    Was requested to link my credit card to true rewards when purchasing the gift card. In the midst of all the cyber crimes with personal details leakage, was looking everywhere (including creating a true rewards account) to delete my credit card details after but couldn't find it. Anyone able to locate where in the cyber universe your linked payment info can be deleted for this?

      1. Go to payment for another (different) gift card.
      2. Go to checkout - you'll see your card details just before hitting pay.
      3. Click the bin icon and it will be removed.

      There is an easy way to protect yourself from cyber crime.
      Open a virtual bank account for free, e.g. upBank
      They will send you a debit card for free.
      Only keep $2 in the account, for card authorization purpose.
      Use the upBank card whenever you shop online,
      only transfer the $ amount you need from your regular account to your upBank account by payID when you are at the payment page.
      Your maximum loss if credit card detail leaks will only be $2.

      If you mean the 1% CR cashback rate for Amazon gift card purchases, then yes.
      Other than that (once purchased), it's just a gift card that you load onto an Amazon account to use as payment.

      You're perhaps thinking you have to actually purchase the goods on Amazon within the time frame too?
      If so, no. You're simply activating the deal offered, and then to complete the offer, you're purchasing the req'd Amazon gift card (within that 4hr timeframe).
