It's very popular among uni students and inner city commuters
I live in coastal Vic, teens everywhere on them. Cops don't seem to care. I'd say at least half don't wear helmets.

Legal in Queensland, WA, ACT and TAS. So not almost every other state
QLD has the highest number of riders. Ever seen a Scootmasters group ride? Easily 100 riders.
I've had it for over a year now, very solid and great quality overall.
The extra battery will not only extend the mileage, but also a speed boost to around 30kph on sports mode.
A couple of downside I've found tho is that some screws needed re-tightening every few weeks, especially after bumpy rides. The need to apply both brakes on sports modes is essential!
The battery impacts its top-speed too? So 20km won't be the max?
Try put some thread seal tape on the screws.
Medium strength Loctite even better 👍
Is it easy enough to undo the screws once thats on?

I use it to go uphill for about 30s on my daily commute, it's fairly steep and the scooter would slow down to about 10kph, have to kick push the last part up the hill.
Pretty cheap, I think.

too bad local tram wouldn't allow this. bus and train are fine. otherwise looks good for me.
NSW should just legalise personal use on public paths and banned those useless scooter rental services.
People would be a lot more careful if it was their own property and would probably be more experienced if they had to fork out their own cash to buy one and learn how to ride.
would also go a long way to reduce those rental scooters being dumped anywhere and everywhere.

Not sure if they had this exact model, but they were selling scooters and all sorts from the Luckymi eBay store and everything was about 40% off. On top of that price I was able to apply a 15% off eBay code.

It struggles up steeper hills but can manage not too steep with a little kick

Delivery fee(total $32.85, it charged every bundle items) kills me but there is no way to save.🤬
I visited JB in-store near me and asked about to make order and pick-up at there but not abled.
So I bought 2 of JB GC using 2 of Ultimate GC(I used Samsung Pay and no problem) and made order through online using $30 coupon(92JB30)Most closest store where in stock now is 100km one way. Fuel price for return is much cheaper than I paid delivery fee but at that time was 4pm…not able to get there before closed store.😮💨
