    Tri Colour Flush LED

    Which 3 colours?

    • +2

      3000K, 4000K, 5700K

      • They are all white.

        • +2

          3000K: RGB(255, 180, 107)
          4000K: RGB(255, 209, 163)
          5700K: RGB(255, 239, 230)
          So 3 colours

FYI - Each RGB parameter (red, green, and blue) defines the intensity of the colour with a value between 0 and 255. This means that there are 256 x 256 x 256 = 16777216 possible colours

            @Imposter: They are all white.

            • +3

@jv: Mate, in the world of downlights they are actually treated as different colours, despite the only difference being temperature. It's pretty standard terminology and there's no point arguing technicalities. Think painting your house, white can mean mannnny different colour choices.

              In this case:
              3000K - Warm White
              4000K - Cool White
              5700K - Daylight White

  • Do I need electricians to get these downlights replaced? Or I can do it myself?

    • +5

Not if you are replacing existig downlights which have a pre-wired base in the ceiling.

  • thumbnail shows recessed, actual pic of flush unit is on product listing

  • Got any deals on 90mm Cutout LED DOWNLIGHT, colour day light that can provide around 1200-1500 Lumens, because some higher wattage does not provide enough lumens?

    • Have a look at Haneco Habitat downlights https://www.alstra.lighting/haneco-habitat-down-lilght

      • Is anything else brighter for 5500k (daylight) need more lumens.

Can you explain why is it in the market that wattage is higher but the lumens are lower?

For example, yours is 10w provides. 1040/1120/1070

and some are like 13w but only provide 880lm for example….

        • It will depend on what components each sipplier uses. You are correct wattage doesn't always mean that it will be brighter. Are you able to make the cutouts larger? https://www.alstra.lighting/led-downlight-premier~1138

          • @AlstraLighting: Its for a Shop, 90mm atm, just I feel its not bright enough still.

I presume the link provided is a larger cutout then?

Got some eBay one 13w LED, but gone thru over 60 of them as in faulty within the use of 1.5years, and then I asked about the warranty no response.

            • @Temptation: Yes that can be a problem with eBay. The SAL Premier downlights have a 135mm cutout. They are wattage selectable(13/18W). Feel free to contact us instore to discuss what other solutions we might be able to offer.

  • Do these allow insulation to be placed directly on top of them?

  • what cutout size are these?
