HP Wired Desktop 320K Keyboard Sold out
HP USB Slim Business Keyboard

People may wonder who'll use wired keyboard, here is our OzBargainer's scenario

… My mouse is cordless, but not my keyboard. I occasionally do secure work (I'm a contractor to many companies), so a cordless keyboard is not permissible, as the "encryption" done by wireless keyboards is almost certainly weak encryption. So it looks like I'll have to replace my keyboard every year or so, or upgrade to one with a replaceable cord.

I found it's quite handy for pre OS boot-up BIOS setting.

Details of the keyboard can be found on HP web page.

          Thanks for nothing aye…

      • I wonder why the prices are so different between their ebay and Amazon stores?

        • +1

Well at least they are posting the cheaper price on here unlike Donner-Kebab Rep.

          • +8

            @WatchNerd:

            unlike Donner-Kebab.

They were trying to skewer their customers.

        • Got to be careful with Amazon, it’s a jungle out there.

      • +3

        Alright MathNerd

  • I hope no one buys a keyboard like this as their only /primary keyboard.

    • -1

I got it as a third keyboard for my main PC.

I'm finding having only two a bit restrictive…

You are pretty hairy for a female.

        • +5

          AstraZeneca 😔

        • Did you assume their gender?
          LOL.

          • +1

@sircable: Never assume someone's gender. Your own gender is just fine.

They didn't even send me a birthday present…

              • +2

                @jv: touche…. happy bday anyways :P

    • What's wrong using these wired ones at the primary keyboard?

      • The wire, obviously.

        • +1

If only connecting to one computer or a KVM switch, then the wire isn't an issue.

  • Thanks for good deal.
    Another spare keyboard.

    won't go back to wired

i recommend MK295, no lag , no letter missing, most important, no cable

I accept the minor inconvenience of charging my mouse because cable drag is much more annoying.

As someone who does not wildly whip my keyboard around whilst I am typing, what exactly would I benefit from a wireless keyboard?

You recommend a $55 keyboard/mouse set as an alternative to a $7 keyboard?

Keyboards similar to 320K model came free with some PCs we bought at work - they were Terrible! We threw them out after most users complained how bad they were.

    • 90% of my office prefer to use there own keyboard or one of the previous generation keyboards too..

We have heaps of these keyboards mostly in drawers and the E wasite bin.

  • +5

ordered why not, always handy to have a spare keyboard when testing a new pc or something

  • Just FYI these have some pretty bad ghosting issues, so if you're looking to get it for gaming I'd say skip it.

My HP Slim has ghosting with W + Shift + Space, so basically useless for most games.

  • Difference between the two is?

  • This is one of the worst keyboards I've ever used.

  • +3

The HP is showing for $57.73 for me?

  • No questions just buy it.
