Infasecure Quattro Mini Swirl (Suits 0-4 Years) $269.99 (Save $360) + $15 Delivery @ InfaSecure

90

Cheapest Quattro on the market, narrowest seat on the market, stock needs to be cleared.

Compact
Measuring an incredibly narrow 420mm across at its widest point in both Rearward and Forward Facing modes, Quattro Classic is the narrowest child restraint with an in-built harness on the market today. Quattro Classic also features an ultra-compact Rearward Facing depth, perfect for smaller vehicles (or taller front seat travellers!).

And the best part? We’ve kept the internal width the same as our Kompressor series – so your child’s ride is still a supremely comfortable one!

Extended Rearward Facing
Rearward Facing is the safest way for babies and young children to travel in the vehicle. Quattro Classic allows for Extended Rearward Facing up to a large 30-month-old and Forward Facing with a harness to a large 4-year-old.

Twist & Lift™
Quattro Classic comes complete with Twist & Lift™ which allows one-handed adjustment of the headrest and harness from the front of the restraint. No re-threading straps, no uninstalling – you can get the perfect fit in seconds, and it’s never been easier.

Air Cocoon Technology™ (A.C.T)
Quattro Classic also features Air Cocoon Technology™ (A.C.T.). This enhances side impact protection through blow moulding design, which dramatically reduces the impact forces during a crash. The blow moulded shell greatly reduces the forces on a child’s head and body in a side-impact accident.

  • this looks like a quattro mini stripe, not a quatto caprice (like you would see at baby bunting)

    • Updated! They're essentially the same product.

  • What's the difference between this product and "Infa-Secure Quattro Astra CS8113"

    • The Quattro Astra fabric is in a more deluxe tier which a thicker, softer fabric.

They are otherwise the same physically and in terms of safety features/usage.

      • Thanks

  • Does this have isofix?

    • +1

      No

      • Thankyou

    • Not this model.

      • Thankyou

      • So why is it even on the market?

  • The Britax Safe N Sound Compaq rated pretty much highest in safety for convertible seat 0-4 years according to https://www.childcarseats.com.au/

Can be found for $259 at https://www.babybunting.com.au/product/britax-safe-n-sound-c…

    • Can this be tilted?

      • Yep, its convertible. We are using a capsule 0-6 then moving into the compaq in rear facing/tilted mode.

    • Also thinking about Mother's Choice Accord (aka Adore) AP. It has isofix and rated almost the same as this on https://www.childcarseats.com.au/

      • The Mother's Choice seat you're looking at is an older model and cant be compared with current models due to the newer (probably more stringent?) testing standards.

  • Take the child seat ratings with a grain of salt. They’re very inconsistent in testing. For example, they use different size dummies in different car seats.

    • Yes and they also have different ratings for what is essentially the same car seat.

    • How is testing multiple dummy sizes a bad thing? The testing procedure is the same for every seat of the same type, if you go through this they explain in detail the procedures used. They also mention multiple times they have updated testing methods and not to compare older seats/tests with more recent ones.
