          unless you pay by direct deposit/bank cheque which there's no surchage but delays the shipping. there's surcharge on credit card / paypal payment.

        edit: problem solved. you have to type in the code, not c&P. but there is still surcharge for paypal/credit card and insurance.

    Seemed to successfully order according to the web store at $15.00 plus free shipping but my invoice shows Deal expired and I was charged $41.89. Have emailed so hopefully order will be supplied at the agreed price or cancelled and refunded.
