A friend saw this on a street advertising billboard in Sydney.

I couldn't find any website that clearly offered this price so I assume it is the price when you go through the sign up process. Codes thanks to Doweyy.

Last few deals I found here were half price for only 3 months. This one is 12 months. Works out to be $3.75 per month.

        Sorry for confusion. I signed up for the Prime-Paramount $1.99 deal earlier in the day before I knew about this one. I haven't been a Paramount subscriber before otherwise (I know the Prime one is an add on). As they seem to create an account for you on the standalone Paramount+ before you get to the payment bit I had to sign in using those details I created in my browser (when it didn't work) on my iPad. Once I got to the select my subscribe choice (monthly or yearly) on my iPad it already had $44.99 selected - didn't have to put in any code or CC details so I guess it goes via Apple Pay. Lots of faffing about but finally got there. Thanks OP @hippo2s

      Yes…I created a new account, but couldn't get the discount to come up on web browser. Went onto iOS, and started a sub, and it just gave me the $44.99 with no code at all.

      Weird.

        If you press the blue "Select Annual (Save 15%)" button at the bottom of the final page to initiate the Apple Pay, does it then show up as $44.99? I just tried a new account on iPhone and it worked that way in the final payment confirmation as $44.99 per year (1-year offer).

        Deliveroo still operating in other countries too. Paramount+ could easily shut down in Australia given lack of content or subscribers.

          I doubt they'll shut, but there was rumours a while back they'd maybe get AFL, that didn't eventuate…. So I think if the people in charge don't read the room, they need to offer such discounts like this. This was the first and easiest sub to drop for me.

      Nothing to do with Prime. Install Paramount app, go thru to sign up, subscription page, select 12 months (yes it will say $89 blah blah) next to payment page, below the payment fields enter coupon code.

    Didn’t work through the browser so I downloaded the app on my phone and proceeded to payments via the 15% off banner. Turns out I didn’t need to input any codes, they automatically put me on a trial subscription at $44.99 first yr. Paid and then immediately cancelled the subscription so that they don’t auto-charge me full price next year.

    Worked for me through their WEBSITE. Did not work through the app on iOS.

    Log in on their website, choose the annual subscription, on the cc details screen there’s an option towards the bottom for using a promo code, put the code in, price will update.

      The algorithm is so f-ed … works for some, doesn't for others … pretty sure someone said it worked on their iOS app.

    Little tip: use vpn Uk to watch Yellowstones and possibly other shows.
    Vpn Italy works too and Argentina to watch Smile yesterday. I use iPhone and mirror to Apple TV. For some reason us doesn’t work though.
    I tried on fire tv and doesn’t seem to work. Will need to try on mibox

    Thanks for posting OP but just won't work for me.

    I have tried:
    - old inactive account on mobile website (chrome)
    - old inactive account on desktop (chrome)
    - old inactive account on desktop (firefox)
    - new account in wife's name on desktop (chrome incognito)

    I tried installing the app on android but can't even see a spot to put in the promotional code.

    Grrrr. Wanted Avatar, Daria, Invader Zim etc. All the retro stuff.

      Definitely don't switch plan. so far it looks like best for expired, trial, new users. Work out the maths for yourself, it may be worthwhile abandoning your current account for a new fresh 12 months at the lower price.

    I already have a half price annual sub that expires in May 2023, but I was able to apply this new promo code to my existing account. Dunno if it will bill me $45 next May, but it did accept and apply the code. "Promo - 50% discount for 12 months"

    Finally figured out the code for new users, it's hd2022.

    So if you're a new account, you should be able to use this for the first year at 50% off, hopefully works for all new and resubscribing users now with the codes.
