I've been waiting for the CatGenie to go on sale, and look forward to giving it a try. It's usually $449 from what I've seen (typically "discounted" from $479 as website shows).

As far as the cats are concerned, all litter boxes are self cleaning
Exactly where does the poo go? I only see a hose for washing litter.
if you watch the videos, it has 2 hoses, one a water inlet, the other a hose you put in the toilet, you could use other waste outlet e.g washing machine, where it sends waste from the wash and poop which has been turned to liquid………
i can see people who have a cat, the space and money that this would give them the fun of cat with less hasssle, and the cat also has a clean tray which the cat would also like …..
$419 for a cat toilet 🤦 I wouldn't pay $400+ on a toilet for my ass, yet alone for a cat 🤣

Also be aware theres an ongoing "sanitizer cartridge" cost $40, then theres the litter which is $35, then to top it off the "maintenance cartridge" $40
ill happily shovel clumps out for WAY less than that
