      It's …not very good, but has elements of seeming good, is how I'd describe it.

      Basically, if you don't mind Ubisoft open-world games, then you won't mind this either.

    Game hasn't even been out for 2 weeks. Was expected though.

    Pretty mediocre game that was just riding the coat-tails of nostalgia. So whoever really wanted it has probably bought it already by now.

    I've been enjoying it on the PS5. Perfect chill game actually just zooming around killing and collecting stuff. Nothing too serious. Seems most people that have actually played it like it as well. 95% positive score on Steam.

    First sonic game i have enjoyed in a while and i have tried. Not perfecg but its a fun chill experience even on the switch

    Damn wish I had've waited to save a bit of money, but still glad I got it at launch. Definitely the best Sonic game they've made in a long time, worth it at this price if you're on the fence about it.

    Sunnova doodly! I bought it for $79 two days ago… It's really more of an exploration/adventure game that makes use of Sonic's speed and abilities. I'm actually quite enjoying it

      It dropped $20 from release and it is the biggest sale event of the year this week. I paid $74.90 at Amazon on release. I wouldn't say that is dropping like a turd.

    I played about 10 hours so far, as a long time Sonic fan who has played almost every Sonic game. Sonic Frontiers has my seal of approval.

    If you liked a previous Sonic game 8 /10
    If you couldn't care less about Sonic 7/10

    I'm an old-school (Master System era) Sonic enthusiast and picked this up day one on the Switch.

    I regret that decision.

    The game holds a lot of promise but the stuttering and graphics pop-in make it borderline unplayable on the Switch.

    IMHO, a fast game like this needs the performance of a higher-spec platform (like the XSX or PS5) to make it feel "right". As a Switch collector, I was always going to buy this but wish I'd waited 12-18 months for future fully-patched version to land.
