I have just tried to renew my annual membership with previously posted codes. They all seem no longer working.

Do people actually like their coffee though? I redeemed my 3 free coffees but at the quality I received I wouldn't be paying $12.50/yr to have to drink more of it lol.
Signed up last year for cheap, complete waste of money. App doesnt work for either of our phone (IOS and Samsung) and kept crashing or wont log in. Contact customer service and they never respond. Would never sign up again.

Nope that doesn't work. I already have a login, and even using the streamlined approach just takes me to a stripe page - It shows Current plan as a VIP Membership at $@5 per year (expiring nov 28)
Underneath it has a payment method (my amex), and an nvoice history, which shows me paying $12.50 a year ago.
Trying to delete the payment method says "your default payment can't be deleted because you have an active plan"
Hitting update plan = takes me to a page that tells me "Current plan" and plans available with the option of monthly or yearly - yearly has no options, going to monthly, and selecting continue, takes me to a confirm your new plan page ($3.00 per month)
That has an option to apply the code but inputting it, says it's a once off.
I guess, I could switch to monthly for a month, then back to annual, and get the 50% on that annual, but that is a PITA
The code is 2022VIP1250 so I'd expect it to work for the rest of 2022. Maybe renew after your membership expires in a few days. Mine expired last week and once I renewed, all my rewards dollars is still there and the new 1 year is from the date you renew, not from the date it expired. hope this helps.
The membership is flagged as auto-renew, and there is no mechanism for stopping that, apart from cancelling, or switching to monthly for a month and then switching to yearly…
Solution was to contact them to cancel auto-renewal, then renew. and, I guess, once the new one takes effect, cancel the auto renew, so i don't go through this again… You would think "loyal customer for x years" - just give him the discounted rate.
Actually there is an ability cancel the auto renewal online, I just did it myself.
After renewing VIP membership, in the members area there is a box marked "Update Payment Details".
Clicking on that takes you to their billing system where you'll see your VIP membership under 'Current Plan'.
To the right of that there is an option to 'Cancel membership', click on that and it will state that your membership remains valid until the expiry date (12 months) but the auto renewal is being cancelled. Click to agree and that's it.
It was thankfully pretty simple.
@Tex Texan: I canceled my plan but when I try go to renew, my old card details are there and nowhere to add the code.
