Really good if you are planning to buy a refurbished iPhone 12/11/13 right now

    • +2

Zero iPhones listed under certified refurbished at time of commenting

      • This caper again. Is it “Certified Refurbished” OR is it “Blue Tick”. They are not mutually exclusive.

  • +2

if only could use with SNSNOV

    • Why can't you use this code as well?

      • +1

"Those codes are only for our other cashback offers, refurbished is no codes allowed from my understanding"

  • Where do we find the list of refurbished items on eBay ?genuine q

    • +4

      Here

GYB confirmed on the previous deal

we've checked with eBay and any so long as the item is a blue-ticked Refurbed item, it will be eligible. That's what I meant by "verified". "Seller Refurbished" items that do not have the blue tick will not be considered part of this offer.

My last purchase was not tracked, these deals are a gamble.

    • -4

Yeah and what have you not told us? Did you email them to dispute a transaction? Did you buy something based on the rules?

      Mine tracked fairly quickly.

      • My SB lifetime total is ridiculously high, not my first rodeo sir. 9 out of 10 disputes get declined.

    • mine tracked.

  • Having multiple eBay deals at the same time on the shopback page is a bit confusing as to what actually applies for refurbished cashback, the links for 22% off coupon also say up to 20% cashback, which would mean that you can use the eBay coupon on a refurbished item and get 20% cashback….

    • so 40% off?

  • +1
    • +1

That appears to be a seller refurbished item (not Certified Refurbished as required by this deal)?

      • +1

It has the blue ticked above the listing title, it’ll be eligible per GYB’s comment. Tho you can’t enter the BFIPHONE code as no codes are allowed for it to be tracked

blue-ticked Refurbed item, it will be eligible

Can we use black friday codes or not? FRIBLK20

    • Just dm’ed GYB and said no codes allowed for this 20% cashback

      • +1

Interesting. The Black Friday codes are listed on shopback website :(

      • Oh sad as its not listed T&C. thought it would work

        • Lemme reclarify it with him. Brb

          Updated in OP’s description

          • @BargainsGrabber: Thanks for sharing :) Would be great to know if FRIBLK22 code will stack. Otherwise it's better to just use the code as gives higher discount.

Clear as mud like last time. Per https://pages.ebay.com.au/refurbished-program/ there are FOUR versions of refurbished, one of which is "Certified - Refurbished". The blue tick will show on listings for ANY of the four types.

The Shopback description consequently makes no sense.

  • the terms said "Payment using any type of voucher or eBay credit may result in your purchase being ineligible to earn cashback"

does this mean if i use any discount voucher, then it'll not be eligible for 20% cashback?

  • +1

OP this link lists all the certified refurbished items
    https://www.ebay.com.au/e/_sales/shop-certified-refurbished

    • Okay, so no iPhones. How confusing. Shopback continually managed to not impress

    • +2

This link is incomplete. At least it does not contain all the phones that are valid. Just use the link Shopback itself provided

    • +1

Last time (around a month ago), this deal included all phones with the blue refurbished tick. It didn't just include the certified refurbished ticked stuff. I picked up an iPhone xr in very good condition from my-phonez for $285 after Cashback. It ended up having 94% battery health so it was an awesome deal!

Here is got your back's message stating it was for all blue ticked items last deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/12847938/redir
They also confirm ebay plus vouchers cannot be used. Normally, discount codes will only work if they're listed on the shopback app, but specifically for this deal it seems no codes will work

  • I'm after a laptop for everyday use (not gaming) anyone able to link me one under $700

  • Has anyones tracked yet, i purchased after 10am in brisbane i hope i got the time right

    • Placed an order at 10.20 Brisbane. Nothing yet

  • Should be good for $99.80 cashback on a refurbished Kitchenaid KSM160

all said and done, a total price $399.20 which sneaks just under the costco price for a new one the other day (and apparently the kitchenaid refurbs are like new anyway)

  • Ordered at midday, and it just tracked, and for the correct amount too. Pleasantly surprised, after the mixed feedback here and all the different levels of cashback they had going on at once I was basically expecting to have to follow up.

  • Is it expired?

  • What do you do if it still hasn't tracked?

    • +1

      From GYB

eBay tracks within 7 days per their tracking window, I've found usually within the first few hours but tracking is done in batches by the merchants so isn't always linear.

  • My cashback tracked at 4% instead of 10%. I placed the order during the promotion period. Anyone else having the same issue?

  • None of my purchases tracked… And I made a few of them.

    Pretty disappointing.

Then for yesterday's purchases, only my small purchases tracked but my big one (surface laptop) didn't.

Never had a problem till this week.
