    Well, I noticed the bad reviews were all from people who:

    1) Got it and left it in the box uncharged for 1-2 years
    2) Charged it up once and left it in the car until a year or so later

    The common theme here is severe lack of use, infrequent charge/discharge cycle and exposure to heat. It defeats the purpose, I know, but it is a powerbank in the end, so if you use it to charge your phone every once in a while to get the cycles running a bit more, it should last longer

    Mine arrived Saturday, had to jump the xr ute twice, petrol and she was deader than dead. No issues so far.

      Same here. The car wouldn't even unlock.

      It didn't even detect the connection until I pressed boost. Car started without issues.

  Does anyone know what the warranty period is on this? Reviews are a little worrying with it being able to charge but not use.
