Frustratingly there doesn't appear to be an Australian logitech web page for the 4K, only the BRIO (hence the confusion).

I don't disagree that the HN product code matches what's on the Australian website for the BRIO. But I see no BRIO branding on the HN product page, not mention of Windows Hello support, which is a distinguishing feature of the BRIO. The fact there's no official Australian page for the 4k Pro despite it being a North America product also adds significant ambiguity. Given the possibly thousands of times I've seen incorrect web pages or product listings over the years, I'd approach this one with a great deal of caution if I was expecting a BRIO.
I have this camra, but have never used Windows Hello before.
Just did testing, and I can confirm that it works well on Windows 11 for Windows Hello.
