Get Game Pass for $5, play through the campaign, try multiplayer, uninstall.

Spend the remainder on MCC instead.

    Profit!

    Crap game…

Play it for free on game pass

  • Is it good?

I remember having Halo nights at friends house back in high school where at the end of the semester we would finish the campaign in one sitting then muck around with multiplayer.

How does it compare to the original trilogy + reach?

If you have fond memories of halo don't touch this at this time

        Damn…thanks for the heads up

No local split screen so just avoid, the bastards said they're going to add it in this year, and now have turned their back on it completely.

    • It's no Halo 3 or Reach but it's better than 4 or 5. Online coop is out now and Forge is too. It's actually a solid package now. Gameplay is the best in the series.

So disappointing. I used to love Halo multiplayer back in the day. This is really boring and repetitive, and not enough maps.

I enjoyed the campaign a lot, and at $29 is definitely worth it, now with online co-op and mission replay. Story has some really nice moments, bit of nostalgia.

Multiplayer is free so not really a factor. If you're buying the game, you're buying campaign.

    • Brilliant, only want this for campaign!
