      My one had a faulty zipper and after I emailed them Thursday before last I had a reply the following Wednesday which said it was probably a shipping issue which was not their fault? WTF?? They then went on to ask for photos…

        I ordered four of them and all of them have a bit dodgy zippers, one which did not work at all. Responses seem to come with one week delay, I hope it is not the delay tactics for them to say they didn't receive the faulty item back in time….

    In my last order, thehut sent me a cardigan with a massive hole in it.i emailed them, and they said to post it back to get a refund. Except posting it back to Europe will cost twice what the crappy thing cost in the first place. :<

      The last time I got something off TheHut they sent me the wrong item. The terms and conditions say they will cover return postage but when I tried to make contact with them on multiple occassions they never replied. Eventually paypal just refunded me my money…weeks later they then got back to me..

        Walk me through what you did, pretty please? They sent me a wrong item too but took their own sweet time for every reply. Should i send it back and hope they refund my postage or just open a paypal dispute and keep the item? Item's useless to me if anyone's wondering.

        /edit: stupid me already opened a paypal dispute for significantly not as described (SNAD). Thoughts?

          Paypal will ultimately direct you to post it back, Registered Post. You'd be better to work with the seller.

          - Labelled price: $24.99. Yep. Dollars. Not even pounds.

      As they ship from the Channel Islands they don't remove VAT but being that Amazon now charge again for shipping The Hut and Zavvi are still cheaper

    Amazon is still cheaper with postage as they remove about 17.5% off the price. For things like Blurays, Amazon is cheaper to buy with postage costs.
