      • My claim is still in review for 2 weeks. How can i contact them?? Tried their customer supports but they are saying can't help and have to contact the promotion team. I have email them 1 weeks ago but still no response

  • Just received an email to say they 'upgraded' my offer to $500 store credit. I looked on their store and there's nothing I want or need.

    Pretty annoying considering how many times i confirmed over email and chat several times before purchasing.

    • Yeh I got the same thing. I'm assuming it's instead of, but the wording could be interpreted as additional to (without having said that).

      I guess it's just wait for stock and use the voucher (and maybe get a cheap smartwatch as well), it's a shame since we were wanting a tablet for the little one for Xmas/holiday and now will likely miss out, but if the tablet comes back in stock the additional coupon value is just a bonus.

      Same… annoying since I only really need a tablet right now. Pad + cover was valued 458$… not feeling like such an "upgrade"

  • Bit of a scam..got shafted with a credit and nothing on there I want as others have mentioned also. Anyone else getting call drop outs or semi-regular instances where the call recipient cannot hear (as if its muted but the phone setting is not)?

    Does anyone know what they mean by indefinite timeframe? Does that mean they don't know, or they won't restock it?

    Mine has been cancelled and replaced with a. Single use $500 credit.

  • I had a bit of back and forth with oppo support last week over this and told them i wanted to be put on a waiting list for when the pad air was back in stock, they agreed. Then to my amazment i got an emial on monday this week that it had been dispatched and it arrived today with the cover.

  • My situation with this is pretty messy..

    • Bought this in mid-Nov
    • Submitted the form to get my voucher code in late Nov
    • Received a code to order the Oppo Pad Air for free on 1 Dec
    • Submitted a order (to a friend's place) for it shortly after
    • Waited. and waited. and waited
    • Until today - I complained to numerous email addresses about the lack of a shipping update etc.

    Only today I realised that I too received this $500 gift voucher specifically for the Oppo store that you guys have all been talking about. Completely missed it in my Inbox. Yet my complaints/follow ups over the last few months have all been unanswered. All it needed was someone to reply and say, "hey - you should've received a voucher as a replacement. Did you get anything?"

    Which is, ehh, not great. I'd rather negotiate a $400 cash reimbursement tbh.
