Best Standing Desk (Budget $200-$300)

Hey all,

Just wanted to hear your opinions/thoughts on some standing desks, especially if you have one yourself. I've searched for them on google and ozbargain, bust most of them seem to be very steep in price e.g. $899 - I'm only a uni student :(
or the others on ozbargain are expired.

Thank you!!

  • Does it have to be a full desk or can it just be one of those you put on an existing desk? If you have access to a Costco membership they have some discounts on some right now. I've never used any of them so I don't know what they are like.

  • Budget wise - go used if you have access to a hatchback/suv where it can fit the desk and look on fb marketplace/gumtree for this.

For $200-$300 however there are plenty of eBay deals and you can find them by searching here on ozbargain. A lot of them are within your budget.

  • Just get a manual wind up one. I paid under $200 for mine from Officeworks. Options at IKEA in your price range too if you go manual wind up.

  • OW has a back section and you can find cartons of the height adjustable one with crank in 2 pieces. Only Aldi was cheaper!

  • +1

I purchased one with dual motors from eBay last week for $280 with discount code. I have a table top already so I only purchased the frame. I believe they come in different sizes as well as with table tops. I picked this one because my study nook has limited depth and this was the only one I could find where the legs are less than 70cm. Length wise it's expandable.

      • I got my Aimezo dual motor for 319. Got an Acacia 2200x900x26 tabletop for it for 240.
