    "Shashimi"? No.

    However it does contain a good recipe for Konnyaku Sashimi with Sesame Miso.

  Good price, but not the best Japanese cookbook in my opinion - I have previously borrowed it from the local library. I own quite a few, and Japanese Cooking: A Simple Art by Shizuo Tsuji is a comprehensive cookbook that I always use and recommend for its reliable recipes and instructions on cooking methods.

  Edit: I also recommend recipes on JustOneCookbook - good recipes that are easy to follow and have good results

    Good price, but not the best Japanese cookbook in my opinion -

    My favourite Japanese cookbook is "Bento like Beckham"
