        We recommend to pay with card directly for the transaction to occur in AUD and not PayPal etc. to avoid any fees. Please check with your bank though to be double sure!

    I noticed that Eurail passes on sale have no cancellation possible. Why is this? Makes it difficult to lay out that much money when there's any chance I might cancel or postpone my trip.

    Hi OP, thanks for this!

    For Disneyland, it asks for a planned participation date, which is by default the day after the purchase, and it can be changed until February 2023 I think. However, the ticket details say it is redeemable until Jan 2024.

    Is that participation date just for reference and you can use anytime until Jan 2024?

      The participation date when booking on Klook is just for reference - however you will need to hop on the official Disney website (linked in the sidebar of our product page) to create/log into an account and link your voucher confirmation code found on your Klook voucher before your visit, in order to make your reservation.

      The tickets will expire 13 days after first use or January 12, 2025, whichever occurs first

      For multi-day Disneyland tickets, they can be used anytime before 12th Jan 2025, and will expire 13 days after use (unless 12th Jan comes first)

        Hi OP. Just a heads up. We bought 2x 3-day park hopper tickets and they say:

        • Valid through: 01/12/2024
        • Tickets expire 13 days after first use or 01/12/2024, whichever occurs first.

        Is there any way these can be swapped for ones expiring 12/01/2025? As we were aiming for the flexibility of the date (we don’t know yet if we are going in Dec 2023 or Sep 2024), and these tickets are valid until Jan 2024.

      But in all seriousness, there's a few operational things we need to work on first since demand has been much higher than expected (like getting the >90 day pre-booking back, reducing the delivery time etc). We're still the cheapest price in market!
