Hi, Does anyone have experience with TPG service in the Melbourne Region using HFC mode? I have 25/5 plan. The download speed is quite adequate for me. How the upload is atrocious. I never seem to get over 1, let alone 5. I don't need it that often but when I do need and it runs at 0.2 - 0.5, it can be quite frustrating. I am just wondering if this is typical of TPG and I shouldn't waste my time with their tech support and just decide if I should spend extra with another ISP? TIA.
No your upload shouldn't be that low. Since you don't want to call TPG support signup to Launtel 1 week fee trial or Aussie BB 1 month free trial and see what happens to your upload.
