  • Just this morning I was thinking I haven't had Jerky for at least 6 months. Jim's is pretty good too.

  • Lol. And I thought what is so special about Jim's jerking!!!

  • Really hanging out for a Jim's Jerky fix, but not really interested in those flavours. Wish they would bring back free freight and the free 500g bag for all orders over $50 like they had in January. +1 regardless

  • It's a Jim's Jerky-Off?

  • Tempting, have been craving jerky for some time.

  • The 500gm free deal was awesome and wont be likely to be repeated. Jims Jerky is good, I got some of their yummy beer sticks at the easter show (went back but no surprise they sold out) I have since been filling my cravings with biltong from ebay in the meantime.

We had a conversation on the last post that the shredded biltong from Jims was a bit plastic and like roast beef crumbs. I think the whole biltong from Jim's was great - really chewy, but if you want it shredded get it from ebay its delicous. I asked the guy from ebay to make an offering on here and he said he would but maybe needs some reminding. I really reccomend trying it because its good, I ate 1kg to myself last week …oops, couldnt help myself

The only problem with Jims is that they sent me chilli and peri peri with my order and I dont eat chilli. it was silly especially since my order nd emails would suggest I don't like chilli. They are obviously hot fans but they don't think that not everyone else is. Scraped it off as best I could and washed it in water then it wasn't so bad. I appreciate the bargain, it was good.

I don't buy any food with Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein in it!

    • I had a look on the website and it's littered with ads. Hardly reputable, show me some peer reviewed journals and I'll be inclined to believe it.

    • I don't trust any website that tells me not to eat vegemite, which is yeast extract…

You can't neg because you don't like vegetable protein. Vote on the deal you muppet.

  • Placed my order on Tuesday morning and came home to find it waiting for me today. So far I have been munching down on some of the safari jerky which is quite nice.
